A Minneapolis native, Jay has over 20 years of experience in construction. After graduating from the University of Minnesota and a career in corporate America he proceeded directly into the construction industry. 

Blending his extensive experience in real estate development with a background in carpentry, and project management, Jay specializes in turning ideas into reality. 

Raised in a family of builders, Carlos developed a deep appreciation for craftsmanship early on. From an early age, he honed his skills under the guidance of his father, a seasoned builder with his own company.

Specializing in fine woodworking and trim carpentry, Carlos is a true Jack of All Trades. His expertise includes framing, custom cabinet building, drywall, and tile setting, making him a versatile asset on any project.

Amanda’s enthusiasm for design and sustainable building drives her to create efficient, beautiful spaces. Her background in green construction brings a fresh, environmentally friendly perspective to every project.

Amanda's warm personality and resourceful approach create a smooth and stress-free experience for clients, while her ability to anticipate needs keeps everything running effortlessly behind the scenes.
